Artist's Description

A sign posted on a store on the eastern shore of Virginia. The building was derelict and over a year or more, every time I drove past it I longed to stop and photograph the sign. One weekend I did stop, for only a shot or two, before I was back on the road. The following weekend, having more time, I intended to go back and spend more time on the site. Sadly, the building had been bulldozed and only the foundation remained. Another reminder that we should never put off doing what we want to do. So thankful I got this picture before the sign and the building disappeared. Never did find out what happened to the dog.

I hope you will consider acquiring one of my photographs for your personal enjoyment or as a gift.
