Grand Old Tree Canvas Print

Grand old tree on the grounds of the Monticello estate, located in Charlottesville, Virginia. The tree is several hundred years old, and was likely around when Thomas Jefferson built his home on the mountain.

Images and textures have been layered to create a composite art print of a original photograph.

One of the original founders of the Del Ray Artisans in Alexandria, Virginia, she has been actively involved in the arts for over twenty years. She recently retired, after 41 years of service, as the Art Director, House Creative Services, Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, U.S. House of Representatives. In her photographs, Terry seeks to capture a moment, to give the viewer a glimpse of place and time that arrests the movement of life and allows one to savor what is there to be seen.
