Take a Number metal print by Terry Rowe. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

A collection of numbered tickets left behind at the abandoned Lonaconing Silk Mill in Maryland.
The Lonaconing Silk Mill, also referred to as the Klotz Throwing Company, is the last intact silk mill in the United States. It is located in Lonaconing, Maryland within the National Lonaconing Historic District and the site is on the National Trust for Historic Preservation's list of America's 11 Most Endangered Historic Places.
Lonaconing was located along the Cumberland and Pennsylvania Railroad's mainline, and was an early iron, glass and coal producing community south of Frostburg along today's MD 36. In the early 1900s, a local banker, Duncan Sloan, overheard in a casual conversation on a railroad passenger car that the Klotz Throwing Company was looking to construct a plant in the western Maryland region. Terry Rowe has a lifetime of experience in the arts. She is a creative exploring photography, graphic design, stitchery, jewelry making, and sculpting. One of the original founders of the Del Ray Artisans in Alexandria, Virginia, she has been actively involved in the arts for over twenty years. She recently retired, after 41 years of service, as the Art Director, House Creative Services, Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, U.S. House of Representatives.
